InvestorInfo Pty Ltd collects and stores customer's personal information so as to provide a range of investment, educational and other publication titles.

The main way we collect personal information is from you directly when you purchase a product, register for a conference, or are entitled to our product due to an association membership.

Such personal information may include your name, your delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number. In some instances, where we are selling products and services to you, we require financial information as well as personal information. All the information we gather is securely stored.

When or before we collect the personal information we will take reasonable steps to inform you of:

• The purposes for which the information is collected; and

Access to and alteration of records containing personal information

When you provide personal information to us we rely on the accuracy of that information. To assist with ensuring accuracy, please contact us if any of the details you have provided change.

Personal information Storage and Security

Personal information is stored in secure facilities whether the information is a hard or electronic version. Our office itself is secure and resides in a security building. Our websites are secure environments, password protected, with suitable encryption between our web server and your browser.

Security systems are in place to allow staff access to those areas of information and data that are required by their employment position. All data taken off-site is for backup purposes only and is stored in a safe facility.

Web and Internet related Information

InvestorInfo Pty Ltd logs access to its Internet related products to a level that preserves the security of such services. Browser Type, IP Address and connection time are logged along with any related service information (username and password for example).

Cookies are used as part of our registration and log-in mechanism. Limited traffic tracking may also be used, however, only for the purposes of personalising content delivery.

E-mail address and e-mail related material is not collected from third parties.

Automated and manual systems are employed to keep our databases up to date.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Information about you provided to InvestorInfo Pty Ltd is for the purposes of subscribing to the publication or services you have requested. InvestorInfo Pty Ltd will occasionally use your information to inform you of other in-house publications, services and events.

We will not disclose your contact details to any organisation not associated with InvestorInfo Pty Ltd, if you have requested this at the time of ordering your subscription or product.
